Everything was very good, including genuinely helpful staff and decent location in the center of Bangkok. The hotel room was fully-equipped with a bathtub. The service was excellent, I had 2 good nights here. Wake up calls and ironing were available for free too

The hotel is brand new, and the decoration is beautiful, everything 4 or 5 star. The rooms are very clean, towels and sheets were cleaned daily. The location is brilliant...on Soi 11, great buzz in the street, lots of bars and restaurants, perfect for what we wanted.
The staff were pretty useless!! Which didn't really bother us too much as the location and the room is more important, but we thought we ought to put this review...maybe they'll read it and make an improvement??!! Check in took forever, don't know what they were doing but we were the only ones in reception and it took them about 20 minutes. The girls on reception insisted on calling me 'sir' at the end of every sentence...I'm female. We'd booked a non smoking room and they put us in a room that stank of fags (but still lovely decor) so we asked to change as who wants a really smokey room for a few days. We were given a token for a free drink but every time we asked when/where we could use it, the girls looked confused about what it even was. Breakfast was average. Again, none of this was very important to us, but they just need to make things a hell of a lot slicker!!!

The staff, especially the front office desk n the bell boy too. Special mention to Patricia for getting me a good rate for next year and Ize n Sa for their hospitality. Location on soi 11 was also excellent with the nana bts nearby.
Nothing, all good for the price...

The location of the hotel is very good with all you could need within a 5 min walk. We stay in a deluxe room which was on the top floor and also on the corner so had a great view of the city, room 1102. Staff were always friendly and helpful day or night. WiFi was a very good connection and fast. Would recommend this hotel to both friends and family.

Nice location, in the hear of Soi 11 Sukhmvit. the rooms not very big but well designed. for what it offers it is good value for money.
I tried to check in 2 hours before the check in time and they wanted to charge 1/2 day stay. I left the luggage and came back in 2 hours after food and massage, it worked our as a better choice.

Small but very nice rooms. Nice interior matching rooms color. Close to train station, nice restaurants and the best clubs in town (Q BAR, bed club, insomnia)
Obvious collusion between hotel stuff and taxi drivers. Way much to high rate for ride to airport. A 4-star hotel should be able to call a taxi-meter taxi. That´s only thing that left a bad taste.

Well priced accommodation with a decent setting very close to restaurants, bars, and massage places. Brand-new, tastefully decorated rooms provided with a bath and hot tub. - Very good service throughout the hotel.
